Dehydroepiandrosterone (DHEA) is a hormone naturally found in the human body that declines with chronological age. DHEA converts itself into sex hormone (oestrogen and testosterone), and as such help balance hormones and facilitate healthy ageing. DHEA has been reported to improve ovarian performance and to increase in vitro fertilisation (IVF) outcomes in women with reduced ovarian reserve.

The reported supplementation regime was 25mg three times daily.
